She completed her MBBS and postgraduate studies at PMCH Patna and further specialized in endoscopic surgeries at LTMMC & GH, Sion, Mumbai, under the mentorship of the late Dr. Rakesh Sinha. Dr. Ajit Kumar, , with a B.Sc. in Applied Biotechnology and an advanced degree in Electrohomeopathy (M.D. Eh.), serves as a distinguished Senior Embryologist at Aveta IVF Patna. He has made significant contributions to the field of infertility treatment, known for his meticulous care and expertise in embryology.

Previously, Dr. Kumar played a pivotal role as a Senior Embryologist at Indira IVF Hospital (August 2015 - November 2020) and Gaudium IVF (January 2022 - May 2023), where he contributed to numerous successful fertility treatments. Over the course of his career, Dr. Kumar has been involved in over 8500 ICSI cycles, demonstrating his deep experience and proficiency in advanced reproductive techniques

His extensive skill set includes expertise in ICSI and embryo culture, oocyte scanning, denuding, and grading, as well as embryo grading, freezing, and thawing. He is also proficient in laser hatching and the use of advanced technologies like the Embryoscope and RI Witness System. Dr. Kumar’s experience extends to quality control and assurance, as well as procedures like PICSI, semen analysis, TESA/TESE, and both IVF and IUI.
